Our skills lie in treating and managing long-term health issues such as depression, asthma and diabetes. Local Doctors will help keep you up-to-date with screenings, immunisations and more. We are also able to refer you to other health services when necessary.
Bettr, supporting our clinics
Bettr is an online service that we offer to our patients. It is an alternative option to seeing one of our team in the physical clinic. Please note, if your care requirement is urgent, someone from our team will refer you to a physical visit to the clinic. All information for your Bettr appointment will be made available to the clinic, so they can ensure you receive the care you need. We will make sure to follow up with you following your appointment to ensure you are staying in good health.

Costs
Fees start at $10 for enrolled adults with a Community Services Card or $15 without a CSC card, these fees apply to those of our patients who are enrolled with us. Our online consultation service is available to those who are enrolled with us at Leabank Health Centre. Appointments are free for children under 14 whether they are enrolled or not.

Online or a clinic, what's best?
Both our physical and online consultations are effective services for our patients. Most common health concerns can be tended to easily and effectively. Prescriptions are available for our online services, Bettr.
If you need to see a doctor in-person following your Bettr online appointment, we can refer you to the clinic nearest to you. When you visit a clinic in our network your visit will either be free, or you will pay the cost difference between your original online appointment and a follow up.
If you are required to have physical treatment, we recommend you visit our clinics in-person. We also recommend that you visit the clinic, rather than booking an online Better consultation for anything urgent.
