Bettr, supporting our clinics

With our online service, Bettr, you are able to see one of our team members from the comfort of your home. We offer an alternative to visiting a physical clinic for non-emergency check-ups. Online or a clinic, what's best?

Both our physical and online consultations are effective services for our patients. Most common health concerns can be tended to easily and effectively. Prescriptions are available for our online services, Bettr.

If you need to see a doctor in-person following your Bettr online appointment, we can refer you to the clinic nearest ours. Your visit will either be free, or you will pay the cost difference between your original online appointment and a follow up.

If you are required to have physical treatment, we recommend you visit our clinics in-person. We also recommend that you visit the clinic, rather than booking an online Better consultation, for anything urgent.
