The above prices apply to all appointments. So there are no specific treatment prices, no evening, weekend surcharges or prescription issue charges, no hidden fees.
Appointments are 10 minutes face time with the doctor and we give time for the doctor to complete any notes, prescriptions, referrals and other follow-up. If you require more time for a complex issue or have several things to discuss, you may need to book a second appointment, which your doctor can discuss with you during the consult.

You can pay securely with credit card, debit card or by bank transfer, up to you.

No Registration Needed
If you’re already registered with Tamaki Health through White Cross, Local Doctors or East Tamaki Healthcare you will be eligible for $45 consultations. Simply start your booking and when prompted enter your details and we'll adjust the price.
If you’re not registered with Tamaki Health through White Cross, Local Doctors or East Tamaki Healthcare you can still use Bettr without needing to register at just $79 per consultation. If you're in Auckland you can choose to register and save on every consultation - online and in-clinic.
Free for children under 14.
All Bettr consultations are free for patients younger than 14 if you're registered with Tamaki Health. If not it's $50 per consultation.
Public holiday pricing
- $65 for patients registered with Tamaki Health
- FREE for patients under 14 registered with Tamaki Health
- $99 for patients not registered with Tamaki Health
- $70 for patients under 14 not registered with Tamaki Health

There is a secure payment portal as part of the appointment process. You can pay with EFTPOS, all major credit cards or by bank transfer. Payment must be made before the appointment is confirmed. Learn more about pricing and payment options.

Yes. The cost is related to the doctor’s time rather than the technology used.

If you need more time at the end of the consultation you should discuss this with your doctor before the consultation ends. The doctor may suggest booking another telehealth appointment or a face to face visit. There may be an additional or new charge for this; please discuss this with the doctor.

Yes, you can change or cancel your appointment. Please note there may be charges to do this within 24 hours of the cancellation. Please see our cancellation policy.
