We’re the perfect doctor away from home, with casual appointments available, often even same-day.
Suitable for a wide variety of common ailments, Bettr is great solution if you’re unable to get to your regular doctor. A Bettr online doctor can help with everything from renewing your prescriptions, to providing diagnoses, advice and treatment on the spot for virtually any illness that doesn’t require a physical examination.
If you choose to go casual, non-enrolled patients 14 years and older pay $75 (and all patients aged 13 years and under are still free, even if not enrolled with us). If you choose to enrol with us, you’ll pay $45 for an online consultation. More on fees.

If you’re Auckland-based, you can enrol with us as your regular doctor. When you do, you’ll access all our physical clinics too, at a discounted rate. As a telehealth service under the Tamaki Health network, our patients have access to over 40 Local Doctors and White Cross clinics across Auckland, so seeing us in person is easy too. Choose a preferred clinic as your local when you enrol – and all your information will be available there any time you visit, as well as online with Bettr, or at any other one of our clinics you visit.
We are not accepting enrolments for residents outside of Auckland at this time, but you can still use Bettr as a casual patient, from anywhere you like.
